spycrab has added support for "resource packs" to the Dolphin emulator which allows you to select which pack(s) you wish to use for your games. Before this texture enhancement packs had to be placed in a subdirecty and usually contained a lot of files and by using the new resource packs you have all of the files in one archive that can be toggled off and on.
