Nintendo has released a new firmware for their line of Nintendo 3DS/2DS video portable video gaming consoles which consists of "Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience". Custom Firmware (CFW) is still functioning normally.

hippy dave has released RCMReboot which is a homebrew application for the Nintendo Switch that is used to reboot your Nintendo Switch into RCM mode which is useful if you are not using AutoRCM and want to reboot the console and run CFW without the need to manually enter into RCM mode. It is only compatible with Atmosphere 0.8.1 and above and is not to be used with a Micro SD card that has been formatted as exFAT due to data loss issues.
